"Quesphere" tətbiqindən istifadə etməklə aşağıdakı şərtləri qəbul edirsiniz.

1. HESAB
Qeydiyyat telefon nömrəsi ilə aparılır. Hesabınızın təhlükəsizliyinə görə siz məsuliyyət daşıyırsınız. Bir şəxsin bir neçə hesab yaratması qadağandır.

2. İCAZƏLİ İSTİFADƏ
Tətbiqi yalnız qanuni məqsədlərlə istifadə edin. Saxtakarlıq, avtomatlaşdırma (bot), başqasının hesabından istifadə, sistemi manipulyasiya cəhdləri qadağandır və hesabın bloklanmasına səbəb olur.

3. İSTİFADƏÇİ MƏZMUNU (UGC)
Yaratdığınız quizlərə və sual məzmununa görə siz məsuliyyət daşıyırsınız. Məzmun moderasiyadan keçir; təhqiramiz, qanunsuz, müəllif hüququnu pozan və ya yanlış məzmun rədd edilir/silinir. Yaratdığınız məzmunu Tətbiq daxilində istifadə etmək üçün bizə qeyri-eksklüziv lisenziya verirsiniz; müəllifliyiniz qorunur.

4. DAVRANIŞ
Digər istifadəçilərə hörmətlə yanaşın. Təhqir, təhdid, spam və narahatçılıq qadağandır. Şikayət və bloklama alətlərindən istifadə edə bilərsiniz.

5. MÜKAFATLAR
Liqa mükafatları müvafiq liqanın qaydalar səhifəsində açıqlanır. Mükafatlar hədiyyə formasında ola bilər. Saxtakarlıq aşkarlanarsa mükafat ləğv edilir.

6. XİDMƏTİN DƏYİŞMƏSİ
Xidmətin funksiyalarını dəyişmək, dayandırmaq və ya şərtləri yeniləmək hüququnu saxlayırıq.

7. MƏSULİYYƏTİN MƏHDUDLAŞDIRILMASI
Tətbiq "olduğu kimi" təqdim olunur. Fasiləsiz və xətasız işləməyə zəmanət verilmir.

By using the "Quesphere" application, you agree to the following terms.

1. ACCOUNT
Registration is done via phone number. You are responsible for the security of your account. Creating multiple accounts by one person is prohibited.

2. PERMITTED USE
Use the App only for lawful purposes. Fraud, automation (bots), using someone else's account, and attempts to manipulate the system are prohibited and will result in account suspension.

3. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)
You are responsible for the quizzes and question content you create. Content goes through moderation; offensive, illegal, copyright-infringing, or false content will be rejected/removed. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use the content you create within the App; your authorship is preserved.

4. CONDUCT
Treat other users with respect. Insults, threats, spam, and harassment are prohibited. You can use the report and block tools.

5. PRIZES
League prizes are disclosed on the relevant league's rules page. Prizes may be in the form of gifts. If fraud is detected, the prize is forfeited.

6. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE
We reserve the right to change or discontinue the service's features, or to update these terms.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The App is provided "as is". No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation is given.
